CircuitNinja Wins Startup of the Year 2025 Award

On Tuesday, September 16, we received two awards that mean a great deal to us: third place in the Idea of the Year 2025 competition and the title of Startup of the Year. Finishing third among so many excellent projects is a great honor for our team.

Our journey began with a simple obstacle that every developer knows well: waiting for a printed circuit board prototype. A new idea can easily stall because conventional PCB manufacturing takes weeks. We decided to change that process. Through automation and a new manufacturing approach, we can deliver a prototype in as little as 24 hours. Developers can test and improve their projects sooner instead of waiting.

Recognition in the Idea of the Year competition means more to us than success in a contest. It shows that the problem we set out to solve matters more broadly. It also encourages us to keep looking for ways Europe can innovate as quickly as the rest of the world. The growing Czech startup environment plays an important role through competitions, networking events, and technology incubators that connect early-stage teams with partners, mentors, and investors.

Where is PCB manufacturing heading next?

There is still plenty of work ahead. Our next steps include completing the fully automated production line, expanding into PCB assembly, and gradually scaling across the European market. We see the Startup of the Year award as both a commitment and a motivation, and we look forward to where this journey takes us together with the community of developers and innovators.
